Personalized keepsakes are usually prepared in 5–8 business days. Proof requests pause production until approval.
Delivery
Delivery estimates begin after production. Available destinations and charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Address changes
Contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee an address change after a parcel enters the carrier network.
Tracking and delays
When tracking is available it will appear on the order tracking page. Carrier delays and customs processing are outside our direct control.
Damage in transit
Contact us within 7 days with photographs of the item and packaging so we can assess a replacement or refund.
